COMMISSIONS

I accept a limited number of commissions each year and work with individuals and designers. I currently take commissions for abstracted landscapes, abstracts, and florals in my style. Please CONTACT ME for inquiries. Please take a look at some of my work IN SITU.

All work is painted on gallery-wrapped canvas with the sides painted and then varnished and wired for hanging. If you want something different, please specify.

Commissioning a painting doesn't have to be intimidating. I make the commission process easy and approachable. I'll ask you a few questions to ensure I understand what you are looking for. I'll then send over a simple agreement, request a deposit, and put you on my calendar. 

I'll send photos along the way: once at the beginning of the process before I get too far along and once when complete. You may make one minor revision during the process, as I want to ensure you love your new artwork!

ORIENTATION: Horizontal or Vertical

FAVORITES: Please select a few favorite pieces of my work from here on my website or Instagram. I can't duplicate previous work, but I will create a new piece with a similar feel. Let me know what you like about it and what you want me to incorporate, such as line, color, shape, etc. It's also important to let me know what you don't want (drips, lines, etc.).

COLOR: Let me know a few colors that you want to incorporate, or send me photos of your space, color inspiration, fabric swatches, or whatever you'd like that helps me understand your color preferences. 

SIZE & PRICING: Standard sizes are listed below, but please let me know if you are looking for another size. My commission pricing is generally higher than my other work because the process is more collaborative and requires more time and energy. Please look at pricing of other artwork on my website to get a feel for the price. Keep in mind that commissions will be more expensive but still reasonably priced. I offer a 15 % trade discount to verified designers as well.

PAYMENT: A 50% deposit is required to get started on a commission. I'll send an invoice once we have decided upon the details, and payment may be made via credit card, check, Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle. 

TIMEFRAME: I accept a limited number of commissions each year and am happy to give you a general idea of when I can work on your piece. I estimate the timeframe based on my current workload and will let you know before your deposit is paid, but it typically ranges from 6-8 weeks once I get started.
