PRACTICE & PAINT WORKSHOPS
Practice & Paint is a collaboration to inspire you through creative expression. Beginning yoga, art making, and journaling.
Fun monthly workshops with new art projects and yoga styles each month. We also work with professional, corporate, and neighborhood groups.
Pam will encourage you to express your creativity through art, whether it be in a journal, on canvas, or on paper. She will offer a variety of styles and ways to express yourself each month.

Kim will gently guide you each month through a variety of yoga styles and music while incorporating the many benefits of ancient yoga principles including intention, breath, movement and clarity.
Yoga is a dance with breath, it’s tapping into body, mind and soul with beautiful movements and positive thoughts creating space to be your most authentic self.

Art is an expression of yourself, your style, a way for you to express your dreams and intentions. From pen on paper to paint on canvas, fingers, pencils, brushes and beyond... the art you create will be different each month to allow your own authentic creativity to unfold.
We will be announcing our plan for next year with 3-6-9 month options to join our monthly events (come for one or come for many)... offering a variety of options!
